You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempt to damage the website may result in order cancellation or legal action.
2. Products & Custom Printing Services
Print Pride India provides customized printing services including T-shirts, gifts, and other printed products.
Product images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual products may slightly vary in color, size, or finish due to printing limitations.
All customization details such as design, text, spelling, colors, and size selection are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be prepaid before processing. Prices may change without prior notice.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by Print Pride India.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Most of our products are custom-made and personalized. Therefore, no refund or cancellation is allowed once production has started.
Refunds will not be provided for customer errors such as wrong size selection, spelling mistakes, incorrect design uploads, or change of mind.
Eligible cases for refund or replacement include:
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product significantly different from the confirmed order
• Manufacturing or printing defects caused by us
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for verification. After verification, a refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Print Pride India. Unauthorized copying or usage is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Print Pride India shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
7. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
